CUI Awareness Training
Foundational training for all employees
CUI Awareness Training is the foundational module ParablAI delivers across the entire workforce. It introduces Controlled Unclassified Information without legal jargon, then connects each concept to the moments employees actually face — an email attachment, a shared drive, a printed page on the desk, a hallway conversation. Learners walk through real-world scenarios pulled from defense, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and research environments, building the instinct to slow down and ask the right question before sharing, storing, or printing. We cover labeling basics, dissemination controls, the difference between Basic and Specified CUI, and the rules that govern phones, laptops, and personal devices. By the end, employees can confidently recognize CUI, understand why protection matters, and know the exact next step when something feels uncertain. This module pairs cleanly with the role-specific training that follows, giving every team a shared vocabulary before specialization begins.
